For Malaysia, Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
 

For Singapore due to delivery time, we offer 14 days return policy.

  • Product must be in its original condition and un-used.
  • All Label and Tags must be intact with Carlanisa product in original condition.
  • If ship order wrongly shipped by Company . Company will resend original order with out any Charges.
  • If there is any issue in Size , Color etc. at Customer end . Customer have to pay shipping Charges first.
  • You can change the product with in 7 days . Change of Product is subject to availability of stock and Company decision.
