General
When you register, please provide information that is true, accurate and complete, and keep it up to date. Keep your account password unique and secure, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and use a valid payment method acceptable to us.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Items in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you complete checkout.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit/debit card, FPX online banking, e-wallets, Cash on Delivery, and any other method shown at checkout. You confirm that any card used is yours or that you are authorised to use it. All online transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We take reasonable care to keep your details secure but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised third-party access in the absence of negligence on our part.
Shipping
We process and dispatch orders within 7 working days of payment. Estimated delivery times are a guide only and begin from the dispatch date. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs clearance.
Product Information
We strive to describe our products accurately, but actual colours may differ slightly from what appears on your screen. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before ordering.
Vouchers
Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other codes or offers, and must be redeemed by any stated expiry date.
Pre-Orders
For pre-orders, please provide accurate address & billing information and keep it current — you can update it before dispatch by emailing us. We may decline or delay reservations to avoid over-subscription; if we do, we'll aim to notify you within two (2) weeks and you'll be entitled to a full refund.
