Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

• The product is in its original condition and unused.
• All labels and tags are still intact on the Carlanisa product.
• If an order was shipped wrongly by us, we will resend the correct order at no extra charge.
• If the issue is on the customer’s end (size, colour, etc.), the customer covers the return shipping charges first.
• You may exchange the product within 7 days — subject to stock availability and company approval.

Non-Eligibility

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or are not in original condition.
• Only regular-priced products may be refunded. Products bought on sale cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us. Please send the product to:

We can’t be responsible for products that are damaged or lost in return shipment, so we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm we have received your returned item, and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
