Return policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria:

Customer must have to ensure these things:

  • Product must be in its original condition and un-used.
  • All Label and Tags must be intact with Carlanisa product in original condition.
  • If ship order wrongly shipped by Company . Company will resend original order with out any Charges.
  • If there is any issue in Size , Color etc. at Customer end . Customer have to pay shipping Charges first.
  • You can change the product with in 7 days . Change of Product is subject to availability of stock and Company decision.

Non-Eligibility Criteria:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not according to our eligibility criteria or not in original condition.

Note:

Only regular-priced products may be refunded. Unfortunately, products on sale can’t be refunded.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Product to us. You should send the product to the following address:

We can’t be responsible for products that are damaged and lost in return shipment. Therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
